The HODINKEE Magazine examines watches and the world that surrounds them, as HODINKEE always has, but also looks at collectible cars, architecture, travel, and style. It brings a new dimension to HODINKEE, perfectly complementing the online coverage we do every day.

The HODINKEE Magazine is back with Volume 2. This second edition builds on HODINKEE's first foray into print with an in-depth examination of watches and the world that surrounds them. All of the HODINKEE editors – and several friends – have contributed compelling stories to ensure that this issue is even better than the last.

On the cover is Jony Ive, the most famous designer of his generation and one of the most fascinating creative personalities today. In an extensive interview with our founder, Ben Clymer, Ive, himself a longtime watch lover, talks about his own fascination with classsic Swiss watchmaking, how Apple became the creator of the world's best-selling watch, and how he thinks about the future of technology on the wrist.

HODINKEE Magazine, Volume 2, is packed with other stories that cover a wide array of topics. These include an obsessive look at waterproof Universal Genève chronographs, a glimpse into one of the world’s finest collections of Leica cameras, a story about BMW’s only mid-engine supercar, the M1, and an examination of London’s great masterpieces of Brutalist architecture, to name just a few.

Contributors to Volume 2 include actor and watch collector James Marsden, filmmaker Spike Lee, Ferrari Senior VP of Design Flavio Manzoni, jewelry designer Monique Péan, chef Daniel Humm, and creative director Scott Dadich.

The magazine features a beautiful and timeless design and comes in an elegant, travel friendly 8 x 10.75-inch format. And, just like last issue, it’s sustainably printed on the finest quality semi-gloss stock here in North America.
