Pit Magazine – Issue 03
Pit magazine is cooking outside, over live fire. It’s about the smell of smoke in the air, the singed hairs on your fingers and the pink ring on a rack of ribs you cooked at the end of your garden.
With the release of Pit 03, spring has officially started!
In this issue we’re heading all over the world. First to the good ol’ US of A to sip some fine whiskey and rye, then escaping to sunny Spain to throw a log under an asado gill.
Back home we dared the snow to stop us as we cooked a giant goat shawarma and challenged Chantelle Nicholson to cook top quality food on an instant BBQ.
