Standart Magazine – Issue 44

Standart is an independent quarterly magazine about coffee, people and the culture that surrounds it. Published in English language, it combines long-form writing, original photography and considered design with stories from the world of specialty coffee and beyond.

Issue 44 explores radical curiosity — the urge to ask why, look closer and challenge what we think we know about coffee. The issue puts salt in the cup, questions the origins of Pacamara and uncovers a centuries-old translation error that may have rewritten part of coffee history.
