Magazine F is a food documentary magazine that, together with Magazine B and Baedal Minjok, selects and introduces food ingredients that have a significant impact on human food culture. The theme of the 25th Magazine F is ‘Tea’.

Tea, a beverage made by steeping tea tree leaves in hot water, has developed into a unique food of choice, reflecting the culture of each region and era based on thousands of years of history. Strictly speaking, green tea, white tea, yellow tea, blue tea, black tea, and black tea made from the leaves of trees belonging to the tea tree family Camellia sinensis are called tea, but there is also a market for substitute teas, flavored teas, and iced teas represented by herbal teas. It is common to include it in the category of tea. In the oriental tea culture that developed around Japan, China, and Taiwan, and the afternoon tea culture that developed around the UK, not only drinks but also tea utensils, tableware, and snacks eaten together are naturally connected into one ceremony and are considered a kind of comprehensive art. I pray. Since the pandemic, the demand for tea with excellent health and functional properties has increased, and it is rapidly becoming popular as a wellness drink.
